ABOUT

I am an Exercise Physiologist with more than 20 years of professional experience in the field. I have also been a competitive endurance athlete for nearly three decades having the good fortune to have raced nearly every imaginable endurance sport. Finally, as a father, husband, and business owner I understand what it takes to create a productive training-life balance.

I am committed to working with athletes of all ages and abilities to help them reach their training goals. Their success truly is my greatest reward. The photo on this page is of me standing near the top of the Mount Washington Auto Road during the Mount Washington Road Race.  I stand there during the race ringing a cowbell to cheer on all of the athletes as they get close to summiting the mountain. That’s the type of commitment I bring to my coaching too.

“12 and 24 hour mountain bike races tend to be less about fitness and more a battle of attrition. Thanks to Coach Chris Dunn’s guidance on pacing, fitness, and nutrition I was able to get my second win at the 12 Hours of Pats Peak.”
